Artist's Statement: I'm proud to have taught high school clay for 21 years. I've since moved to North Carolina where I am the resident potter at the John C. Campbell Folk School. My work tends to follow the vessel form with ash glazing as a natural decoration. I fire my pieces in oxidation cone 6 electric kilns. Our studio is nearing completion and is located in Murphy, North Carolina.
