Artist's Statement: I have been an educator for over 35 years, continuously seeking to bring my students new ceramic processes, while at the same time having them develop an appreciation of the history of pottery. My own work reflects a desire to explore possibilities built from previous experiments and testing of glazes and marrying them to new approaches to traditional forms.
