Notes: Without a doubt James Crumrine is an important artist from the American Studio Movement. His work is well documented in the seminal reference Objects: USA. He was the teacher to many at the Greenwich House Pottery, and is well listed in the Vasefinder Museum. He exhibited several times at the Syracuse Nationals. This well formed bottle form with micro volcanic surfaces would be perfect for a Mod, Danish or Minimalist decor.
