David Morris La Paz Studio Wall Pocket

Marked: Impressed with one of the known studio marks PAZ from this important California pottery. Also, this studio was known to mark PAC and La Paz, per the Everson Museum of Art.

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Some factory polishing noted at the base, which is typical of every pot I have examined from this important kiln. This pot has a killer ringing resonance to attest to its fine quality. WE GUARANTEE CONDITION.

The glazing of this altered pot appears to be a tenmoku with a gold rutile, similar to Brother Thomas Bezanson---just stunning!!!
