Marked: Signed with black inkstamp, as shown.

Condition: There are no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Some original pinpoint tips of lightness in the glaze and extra tips of clay. I note some original modeling carved lines near the near neck between the faces.

Notes: Vasefinder is offering this very powerful carved vase form from the important Swedish pottery of Rorstrand. This cobalt glazed pot likely dates from the 1950's and is a thrown pot with nice weight--perfect for the Gunnar Nyland, Modernist decor.
