Notes: Bette Drake, who is well listed in the Vasefinder Museum, received her B.F.A. from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1965 and her M.F.A. from Tulane in 1968. She also studied in Japan, which is clearly shown in the Mingei style design of the vase offered here. She first exhibited in the Cleveland May Show and the Syracuse Nationals in the same year of 1964.
