Artist's Statement: Began potting in 1969 and made a living from domestic stoneware for 12 years. I built my own brick kiln fired with diesel.

After a break for children, I began working with porcelain which I love.

I now use a white stoneware which enhances the colour of the glaze and also work in porcelain decorated with lustres.
