Artist's Statement: For about 15 years I have been a professional ceramic artist, first with raku, now with porcelain and crystalline glazes and high fire reduction shino glazes on stoneware. My instruction and inspiration has been from Bob Dixon, Emeritus Professor of Ceramic Art at the University of Illinois at Springfield.
